Technical Directors Project Summary:
We completed the prototyping, approvals and supply of custom LED light control boxes.
Also, designed the power led light sources or “light engines” following some lighting tests.
The lighting tests were done using the actual lamp which was a sample of the bespoke
blown opal glass lamps provided by the client.

Our basic BOM/Parts list on this project included:
8 x IP56 190x140x70 ABS Enclosures
8 x Modular Cross Faders with bespoke White/Green fade programme for ticket desk signalling.
8 x DVR-3 Three channel power led rgb driver; 2 channels used.
8 x Meanwell LPH-18-12 LED Drivers.
8 x Green Power LED Modules
8 x White Power LED Modules
8 x custom built heat sinks.

The project was to a very tight deadline and involved us getting approvals on the DMX programme first at our workshop. We then programmed the FIRMWARE into our modular controller. The lights were switched by push buttons that interfaced into the Modular cross fader and custom light engines were built to complete the product supply.  We finished by personally shipping the light engines and control boxes to site.
